Cook ( Restaurant) – Full Time- 2019-0012

WHAT WE OFFER : 

  • Prepare and cook the food properly based on planned quality and quantities;
  • Ensure proper food rotation;
  • Setup the plate and ensure a good presentation;
  • Collaborate hand on hand with the Corporate Chef for new suggestions et improvement related to the recipees and restaurant menu;
  • Work collaboratively with the internal teams in the kitchen for to deliver adequate food quality and quantity based on restaurant orders;
  • Maintain the workplace and equipment clean;
  • Support in other duties as required by the Corporative Chef ;
  • Respect and enforce rules: established for health and safety, hygiene, sanitation and food handling, at all times.

 YOUR CHALLENGES:

  •  Minimum High School Diploma, College diploma in restaurant/food service management would bean asset
  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Cook within a restaurant settting is considered as an asset;
  • Exceptional teamwork ability and positive attitude within your work environment ;
  • Efficiency and rapidity when executing your tasks ;
  • High organization and planning skills ; 
  • Excellent Adaptability and Flexibility within your work environment, and with your colleagues and superiors ;
  • Ability to be resourcefull and for multitasking under difficult situations and under pressure;
  • You are a hardworker and disciplined individual;
  • Excellent communication skills;
  • High level of autonomy when executing you tasks;

Status:  Full time

Work Schedule: Day, evening, weekends

* Must be available to meet operational requirements according to restaurant opening hours ( day, evening and week-ends
