 YOUR CHALLENGES: 

  • Participate actively in all continuous improvement processes for different departments, such as, production, warehouse, distribution, quality control, etc.;
  • Identify improvement needs and establish operational priorities for the company;
  • Lead and / or facilitate the various continuous improvement projects (Lean, 5S, Kaizen);
  • Provide suggestions and advice to managers and senior executives on actions to be undertaken in their respective sectors;
  • Provide support to teams when implementing suggested improvements;
  • Develop training programs for employees and supervisors to ensure effective change management;
  • Analyze and monitor the performance indicators for each department of the company.

WHAT YOU HAVE:

  • Hold a university degree in a relevant discipline or a combination of studies and experience deemed equivalent;
  • Have a minimum of five (5) years of continuous improvement experience (Lean Manufacturing);
  • Experience or certification in project management will be considered an asset;
  • Have relevant experience in an industrial workplace combined with knowledge of the food industry;
  • Demonstrate good leadership, an ability to influence and a strong collaborative spirit;
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule (day, evening, weekend) as needed;
  • Communicate efficiently in both French and English (oral and writen).
