 YOUR CHALLENGES : 

  • Assist with administrative tasks (agenda, electronic correspondence, meetings, travel, expenses, etc.);
  • Create, prepare, analyze sales reports, planning sales for short, medium and long term;
  • Propose and implement new working methods or procedures to improve the quality of service;
  • Plan and coordinate various projects, seminars and events;
  • Organize business travel and complete expense reports for the team members;
  • Schedule meetings and arrange the proper organization and planning (welcoming participants, reserving rooms, catering, etc.);
  • Prepare and submit the agendas of meetings, taking notes, transmitting the reports and minutes and various follow-ups;
  • In collaboration with the Director of Business and Development, management and update of the website, various platforms of social media, such as Facebook, Instagram, etc.;
  • Translate various documents from French to English and vice-versa;
  • Coordinate and facilitate interaction between the Sales department and the different departments. 

WHAT YOU HAVE :

  • College diploma in business administration, office administration or other relevant combination of training and work experience;
  • Minimum five (5) years’ experience as an Administrative Assistant.
  • Experience in sales or marketing will be considered an asset;
  • Be comfortable in a fast paced environment;
  • Must recognize priorities often in a very tight time frame;
  • Positive and strong attitude;
  • Strong organizational skills;
  • Excellent mastering of MS Office;
  • Excellent command of French and English (oral and written), combined with solid drafting skills in both languages.
