After months of preparation, the St. Albert Cheese ‘s restaurant opens its doors on Monday, January 12, 2015. For the first few weeks, the restaurant will be open from 11 am until to 6 pm from Saturday to Wednesday and until 8 pm on Thursday and Friday.
