At the St-Albert Cheese Co-operative, we never lose sight of the importance of maintaining the exceptional quality of our products. We never compromise on either the quality or on the excellent taste of our cheeses, which have been extremely popular for more than 120 years.

We are proud of the fact that St-Albert cheeses are made in accordance with traditional recipes from 100% pure milk, and contain no modified milk ingredients, unlike most of the products found in stores these days.

The St-Albert Cheese Co-operative regularly makes the grade at the provincial, national and international levels in competitions where it takes on the biggest players in the industry.
