Fun facts about the new factory :
Total Size of the New Factory: 75,000 square feet, and increase of 30% versus the old one which was only 57,000 square feet.
New Retail Store and New Restaurant area totalling over 9,000 square feet, compared to the 2500 square feet(Retail Store only) before.
New Visitation area of over 3,000 square feet, which s over 7 times bigger than the former one of 400 square feet.
Factory will now be able to produce over 10 million kg of cheese, as opposed to 3 million kg at our previous Factory.
