11 New Gourmets Poutines

Poutine amateurs, to your forks! St-Albert Cheese is proud to unveil its exploding new menu. You always wanted to travel? You’ll be able to, immediately, at a lower cost in our dining area. From Thailand to Mexico, through Italy, India, Korea and the United States, our new Chef was inspired by the local cultures of those countries to create poutines that will completely blow your taste buds!

“We revisited the specific flavours to each of those countries to combine them with the national Canadian dishes… our delicious poutine. You hesitate between eating tacos or a poutine? No worries; we serve you the Mexicano Olé!”, explains Janik Quintal, the Executive Chef of the St-Albert Cheese restaurant.

Wait… there’s more! The true poutine fans will be delighted to learn that they can now savour their favourite dish from entrée to desert thanks to our new Sweet Tooth poutine. Crispy sweet potato fries to your liking coated with our sweetened cinnamon batter, watered with chocolate and caramel syrup, the whole thing covered with curds fresh from the factory. You won’t be able to resist it, we give you our Chef’s word!

You’re the traditional type? No problem… Because we also hold dear the less adventurous hungry folks, all of our great poutines from the old menu are still available*

Finally, immerse yourself into Spring and try our delicious soups, our new refreshing salads and, don’t forget our juicy smoked meat sandwich and crispy fish & chips.
